Saint Romain lies in its own valley looking down towards Meursault. Its elevated vineyards tend to give wines that are more delicate and have good freshness. This 2015 is brightly coloured, with floral, enticing, perfumed aromas. This is a racy wine, with a super texture, being lacy, delicate and beautifully pure. For elegant, fine-boned white burgundy, we recommend this for drinking from 2017-2020+.
