This comes from a one-hectare enclave of 60-year-old vines within the Premier Cru Vaillons vineyard, where the roots go down deeply into the clay to find reserves of water. Bright, green- -gold colour, aromas are fragrantly spiced, with notes of fresh lemons. The palate is full, rich and racy, the finish being harmonious and full of vigour (for drinking 2017-2019).
