These vines were planted in 1955 yet are still – in part thanks to biodynamic cultivation – full of youthful vigour. The tiny production has been fermented and aged in two specially made barrels, one 300 litres, one 350 litres in size. In colour, this is lustrous green-gold, the nose being super-elegant and exceptionally fragrant, with notes of white peach, pear and citrus. The palate is rich and succulent, outstandingly fresh throughout – with the creamiest of textures and exquisite length. It is a wine of poised beauty and complete harmony, with captivating aftertaste (for drinking 2016-2025+).
