This wine comes from two plots within Morgeot, Les Brussonnes and Les Boirettes, both planted over 85 years ago. They lie between Abbaye de Morgeot and the Santenay commune border. These are really fine Pinots giving small bunches with tiny, thick-skinned grapes. Aromas are piercing and very fragrant. The palate has splendid structure with dense fruit and well-judged tannins on the finish (for drinking 2018-2026+).
