This wine is from fully mature vines and one of the most highly regarded 1st Growths of the village. Top Chambolle-Musigny always sells out fast, every good vintage. The commune is tiny, and allocations from the best growers, such as Faiveley, are always slim. Colour is medium deep, garnet-ruby, with fine, fresh, spicy fragrance. Palate shows impressively dense fruitiness, with well-balanced structure, creamy texture and well-sustained, refreshing aftertaste (for drinking 2017-2025+).
