After the purchase of the property by the Tesseron family, many improvements have been made. A new vat-room was installed in 2005, allowing gravity filling into small, conical-shaped vats, and mini-vinifications, parcel by parcel. In the vineyards, yields were reduced, and there has been total adoption of organic methods. 100% of the property is now registered as BIO-ECOCERT, and since 2010 has also been bio-dynamic, after a 5-year process of conversion. Much of the vineyard is cultivated by horses, to lighten soil compaction (while bringing precious organic contributions). 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 30% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot make up the 2012 vintage. In colour, this is very deep purple, with strikingly briary, luscious aromas. On the palate, the wine is a marvel, combining classic structure, with intense fruitiness, rich texture, and magnificent, gently mouth-coating aftertastes (for drinking 2020-2038+).
