A blend of approximately 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier, 5% of the wines for this Non Vintage blend were matured in oak casks, adding richness of body and flavour to the final champagne. The Brut Premier is an assemblage of wines from 6 different vintages, matured for 3 years in the Roederer cellar in Reims. Full and generous in body, this champagne is marked by its elegance and finesse. On the palate, it has structure and power, with depth of brioche and pain grillé flavours. The finish is persistent and crisp.
